No surprises. No pressure. No loss of control.

You should know how the process works before you share a thing. Here is what happens from the first private conversation forward.

01 / The journey

Four deliberate steps.

You decide whether each step has earned the next one.

01

A private introduction

We begin with your current situation, priorities, boundaries, and timing. A CV is not required.

Outcome: a clearer sense of what must change.
02

A useful brief

Together, we define the clinical, financial, geographic, and personal conditions a role must meet.

Outcome: criteria that protect your time.
03

A relevant option

We explain the opportunity, identify open questions, and let you decide whether to engage.

Outcome: an informed yes, no, or not yet.
04

An informed move

We support due diligence, interviews, offer discussions, and the transition without taking over your decision.

Outcome: confidence in the choice.
Nothing shareduntil you approve the specific opportunity.
Nothing assumedsilence or curiosity is not permission.
Nothing forceda clear “no” is a useful answer.

02 / Common questions

Clear answers before you begin.

The right start is one where you understand the ground rules.

Will you share my CV or name with an employer?

No. We will not present your identity, CV, or information without first discussing the specific opportunity and receiving your authorization.

Do I need to be actively looking?

No. Many worthwhile conversations begin before a physician has decided to move. Curiosity is enough.

Do I need a current CV?

No. We can begin with a conversation. If a specific opportunity becomes relevant, we will discuss what information is needed and when.

Will I be pressured to interview or accept?

No. Our role is to improve the quality of your decision. A clear “not for me” is useful when the fit is wrong.

What does this cost me?

Physicians do not pay Haverell for placement services. Hiring organizations pay the recruiting fee.

What if I need exceptional discretion?

Say so. We will discuss the safest way to communicate and what information you are comfortable sharing before anything moves forward.

The first step is small.

One private conversation.

No résumé. No commitment. Just a clearer picture of what could be next.
