If you contact Haverell Healthcare, we may receive information such as your name, contact details, organization, specialty, licensure, hiring needs, career preferences, and anything else you choose to include. Please do not send patient information, protected health information, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential recruiting or career relationships, coordinate conversations, support searches and placements, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Website forms and cookies
The website forms prepare an email on your device. Form answers are not uploaded to a Haverell website database; information is transmitted only if you review and send the email. The current website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking pixels, or website analytics.
Sharing
Haverell does not sell personal information. Haverell will not present a physician's identity, CV, or personal information to a prospective employer without first discussing the specific opportunity and receiving authorization, except where disclosure is required by law. Information may be handled by service providers that support ordinary email and business operations, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Security and retention
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no email or electronic system is completely secure. Information may be retained only as reasonably necessary for recruiting, business, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you previously sent, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask Haverell to stop contacting you.
